Shipment processing time:All orders made before 5:00PM are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Costs and Estimated Delivery Times: Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For orders over $50, we offer free shipping within the United States. For orders under $50, there is a $10 shipping fee, except for remote areas, where additional charges may apply. We work hard to ensure that all of our customers have a smooth and cost-effective shipping experience.
Please choose the shipping method that best suits your needs:
US Orders
Standard shipping: For orders under $50, a shipping fee of $10 will be charged, for orders over $50, shipping is free, and your order will be delivered in approximately 8-15 days;
Standard Air: For Standard Air, a shipping fee of $20 will be charged. Your order will be delivered in approximately 6-11 days.
International Orders
Canada – Free shipping for orders over $125 USD
Everywhere else – Free shipping for orders over $250 USD
Standard shipping (est. 7-30 business days) – $50 USD
How long does delivery take?
Once you confirm your order, we will ship it within 2-3 working days. It will arrive within 8-15 working days after shipment. If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at support@fanyangcloud.com (This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).
Can you provide me with a tracking number?
All tracking number will be emailed to the customer as soon as the tracking information becomes available.
I’ve entered the wrong shipping address, can I change it?
If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can’t promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won’t be able to stop it.
We should not be responsible if you entered an incomplete and/or incorrect shipping address. Our system automatically process orders and just follows what you supplied.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and the charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.You can click the 【Track Your Order】 button to check the status of your order.If you encounter any issues or need assistance, feel free to contact our customer service team, and we will be happy to support you.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
FY is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
FY is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
